Fregtte Berlinad, built in 1674, once an escort vessel of Hanseatic league, was a 3-mast ship in the 17th and 18th century with a length of 22.65 meters, a breadth of 6.23 meters, 16 cannons and 70 to 100 staff. In the morning of Jan. 7, 1688 she was levied by Holland West Indian Company because of Gulf of Guinea commercial dispute. This ship could move at a fast speed, and with many delicate ornaments she was a masterpiece both in technique and art of her time.
